Cat & Greg

Growing up, Cat and Greg’s lifelong musical collaboration started with their dad, who had the smoothest baritone that reverberated through their home. Encouragement came from their mom, and the aunts, uncles and cousins who were the backbone of the Solid Rock Baptist Church choir. Cat bought an acoustic guitar at 15 and learned to play well enough to accompany herself. Then the younger Greg decided that he should commandeer her guitar and dedicated himself to studying, learning, and developing his own style that has turned him into the acclaimed player that he is today. Greg and Cat have a musical connection, tone and quality that only comes from a lifelong knowledge, trust, and love of each other’s talent. Their voices have that special “something” that only siblings share. Adding their own style to songs we have listened to since the 60’s, brings a new flavor to the soundtrack of our lives. Although having separate music careers, they have shared many stages, bringing crowds to tears, joy and happiness with the intricate harmonies, original song writing and cover interpretations that have wowed audiences for decades. They are in the studio now recording their long awaited first EP of originals and covers. Greg and Cat are now enjoying a beautiful relationship with the audiences on all the stages at The Paramount in Huntington, at JJCoopers in Long Beach, NY, and The Buoy Bar in Pt. Lookout. They are available for private parties, (if available) and do them often at The Belle Harbor Yacht Club, ABC Beach Club, and private homes. They will return to the dockside at Danford’s Hotel and Marina in Port Jefferson, NY, in August. Cat often joins Greg on stage in The Rockaways at Jamesons Pub, and Harbor Light Pub.
